Presenter Bios:
Derek A. Preece, MBA is a Principal and Executive Consultant with BSM Consulting, and is based in Orem, Utah. He has been working with ophthalmology practices for over 30 years in the areas of financial benchmarking, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and employee management. He is a frequent lecturer at AAO/AAOE meetings and has authored many articles on practice management topics.

Dixon Davis, MBA, MHSA is a Principal and Senior Consultant with BSM Consulting, and is based in Layton, UT. He has worked with a variety of specialties in financial management, strategic planning, acquisition and growth, operational efficiency, and leadership coaching for over 20 years. He has taught medical group management and leadership.

Ann M. Hulett, CMPE is the CEO of EyeHealth Northwest in Portland, Ore., comprised of 26 ophthalmologists, 10 ODs, two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and more than 350 employees. She has 25 years of experience as a medical practice administrator, 14 in ophthalmology. She served five years on the AAOE Board of Directors and received the Academy's Secretariat Award.

Where do I go to view the webinar?
Go to the Academy’s home page aao.org, log in with the user name and password of the person that purchased the webinar and click on the link for My Online Products. You can open the link to the webinar 30 minutes prior to the start time. Audio will be silent until the speaker starts the presentation.

How do I listen to the webinar?
Use a computer with an Internet connection and listen with speakers, your headphones or by calling the call-in number listed on your e-mail confirmation.

Where do I get the handout for the webinar?
The person registered for the webinar will receive reminder e-mails with the link to the handout. If you are not able to open the handout from the confirmation e-mail select the View in your browser link. The handout will also be available online during the live webinar.

Is the webinar recording included with the purchase of the webinar?
Registrants that purchase the live webinar will be given access to the webinar recording approximately 10 days after the webinar presentation. The instructions to access the recording will be included in your e-mail confirmations.
