Access to the webinar is dependent upon the login credentials of the individual who purchased it.

Do I need an internet connection to view the live webinar or recording?
Yes, you will need an internet connection to view the webinar on your computer (PC or Mac) or mobile device.

How will I receive my confirmation of payment and registration instructions for the webinar?

Go to the Academy’s home page www.aao.org, log in with the user name and password of the person that purchased the webinar and click on the link for “My Online Products.” You can open the link to the webinar 15 minutes prior to the start time. Audio will be silent until the speaker starts the presentation.

How do I listen to the webinar?
Use a computer with an internet connection and listen with speakers, your headphones or by calling the call-in number listed on your email confirmation.
