He is a frequent lecturer at national ophthalmology society meetings and is an active author with dozens of articles for eye care publications to his credit.

Why does the product description say that I can only purchase a quantity of one?
Access to the webinar is dependent upon the login credentials of the individual who purchased it.

How will I receive my confirmation of payment and registration instructions for the webinar?
Once registered you will receive an e-mail confirmation with instructions on how to log in to the webinar. If you have not received the e-mail check your spam folder or contact our Customer Service Department at or call 866-561-8558 (US only) or 415-561-8540.

Do I need an Internet connection to view the webinar?
Yes, you will need an Internet connection to view the webinar on your computer (PC or Mac)?or mobile device.

Where do I go to view the webinar?
Go to the Academy’s home page, log in with the user name and password of the person that purchased the webinar and click on the link for My Online Products. You can open the link to the webinar 30 minutes prior to the start time. Audio will be silent until the speaker starts the presentation.

How do I listen to the webinar?
Use a computer with an Internet connection and listen with speakers, your?headphones or by calling the call-in number listed on your e-mail confirmation.

Where do I get the handout for the webinar?
The person registered for the webinar will receive reminder e-mails with the link to the handout.? If you are not able to open the handout from the confirmation e-mail select the View in your browser link.?The handout will also be available online during the live webinar.

Is the webinar recording included with the purchase of the webinar?
Registrants that purchase the live webinar will be given access to the webinar recording approximately 10 days after the webinar presentation. The instructions to access the recording will be included in your e-mail confirmations.
