What is the cost to register?
$299 for members, $399 for nonmembers

What type of continuing education credit does this course offer?
This course is approved for up to three CME credit for attending the live virtual webinar and three CME credit for viewing the on-demand recording. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Only registered participants will be eligible to claim CME credits.
