The Academy developed it as part of the profession's shared goal of continual improvement in the delivery of eye care.
Participation in the IRIS Registry is a free member benefit for domestic Academy members. Eligible physicians who sign up and meet the reporting requirements can use the IRIS Registry to report clinical quality data to the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System.
