Help your patients take charge of their eye health.
This kit has the materials you need to participate in the Academy’s EyeSmart public information campaign. The kit promotes awareness of age-related eye diseases generally and their risk factors. Individual posters highlight glaucoma and AMD. The materials also encourage patients to visit GetEyeSmart.org to access information and tools for making healthy decisions about their eyes. Includes:
